Stuff

ugh. wasn't too crazy about work today. i'm the lead drafter on this job, just going along with no one talking to me or helping with the schedule. if i hadn't been working as hard on it as i had been it would be a mess right now, they demanded foundation locations last friday, and that was before my design was finished. today i was trying to work around those foundation locations, which made me feel all locked in and junk. i finally got a working design, and started creating piping drawings. i had discussed them several weeks ago with the project manager, so he might be expecting them, i dunno. i'm pretty sure i wont be around long enough to worry about spools, so i'll probably just work on these drawings for the rest of the week until i get yanked off onto something else.

static is being weird, i guess the massive deal he wanted to make could fall through. he ain't being my buddy because i told him i wanted to see him sell a few houses before i have a ton of confidence in him. not that i don't have confidence in him, since i already told him i'd loan him a third of the money, but he really needs single investors for each deal, because it doesn't work out legally if you pool investors.

i downloaded maps of all my airport stops. going to washington d.c., then ottowa ontario. i'm excited about going to canada, even if it's just for a 1 hour layover, because they have 3 tim hortons donut shops throughout the airport. i don't have any canadian currency, but can probably use my visa.
